Your privacy matters to me. This policy explains what personal data I collect when you visit emreonthemove.com, how I use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This website is operated by Emre (trading as Emreonthemove), reachable at emreonthemove.contact@gmail.com.

• When you fill in the contact form: your name, email address, and any message you submit.
• When you book a session via Calendly: your name, email address, and the date and time you select. Calendly may also collect additional data as described in their own privacy policy at calendly.com/privacy.
• When you make a payment via Stripe: payment details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by me. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• Automatically when you visit the site: basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected via Cloudflare's hosting infrastructure.

2. Why I collect it

I use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To respond to your enquiries and messages.
• To schedule and confirm coaching sessions.
• To process payments for coaching services.
• To deliver coaching services you have purchased.
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal basis for processing

Under GDPR, I process your data on the following legal bases:

• Contract: processing is necessary to fulfil a coaching agreement with you.
• Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries and communicating with prospective clients.
• Legal obligation: retaining financial records as required by Dutch law.

4. How long I keep your data

I retain your personal data only as long as necessary:

• Contact form submissions: up to 12 months after last contact.
• Client coaching records: up to 2 years after the end of the coaching relationship.
• Financial and payment records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.

5. Who I share your data with

I do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. I use the following service providers who may process your data on my behalf:

• Cloudflare — website hosting and DNS (USA, with EU data transfer safeguards)
• Calendly — appointment scheduling (USA, with EU data transfer safeguards)
• Stripe — payment processing (USA, with EU data transfer safeguards)
• Google — email via Gmail (USA, with EU data transfer safeguards)

6. Your rights under GDPR

As a person in the EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Right of access: you can request a copy of the data I hold about you.
• Right to rectification: you can ask me to correct inaccurate data.
• Right to erasure: you can ask me to delete your data, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Right to restriction: you can ask me to limit how I use your data.
• Right to data portability: you can request your data in a portable format.
• Right to object: you can object to processing based on legitimate interest.
